how fast my mood can change, I mean one second I could be sad then I get over it. How does this happen. I guess it’s the fact that I look on the bright side of things because I can depend on things to change it’s my own choice. It’s like when you’re moping about something sure someone can cheer you up but to be back to the state of mind you were at before you were moping it’s all on you because those feelings can come back but at the end only you can control the way you feel.
